1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using the PakEduSystem platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
- These terms apply to all school administrators, teachers, students, and parents who access the platform.
2. Service Provision
- PakEduSystem provides a cloud-based school management platform (SaaS) to educational institutions.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
- We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. User Responsibilities
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring unauthorized persons do not access your school's dashboard.
- Data Accuracy: Schools are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data entered into the system.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to breach security, upload malicious code, or send spam via the WhatsApp integration.
4. Fees and Payments
- Access to premium features requires an active subscription or payment of the agreed fees.
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts with outstanding balances after providing a grace period.
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
- Your Data: The school retains full ownership of all student, staff, and institutional data uploaded to the platform.
- We process this data strictly to provide the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Upon termination of your account, you have the right to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
6. Limitation of Liability
- PakEduSystem and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by your institution for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these terms at our discretion.
- Significant changes will be communicated via the platform dashboard or registered email addresses.
- Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
- Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
