1. Overview
- We want your school to be completely satisfied with PakEduSystem.
- If you are not satisfied with our platform, this policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
2. Free Trial Period
- We offer a generous 14-day free trial so that you can evaluate our platform with zero risk.
- No credit card or commitment is required during the free trial period.
- We encourage schools to fully test the features during this time before making a purchase decision.
3. Subscription Refunds
- First-Time Purchases: If you purchase a subscription and find the software doesn't meet your needs within the first 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund. No questions asked.
- Renewals: Automatic renewals are generally non-refundable. However, if you forget to cancel and request a refund within 3 days of the renewal charge, we will refund the renewal fee.
- Partial usage: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or years of service if you choose to cancel your subscription midway through a billing cycle.
4. Setup and Customization Fees
- Any one-time fees paid for customized setup, specific integrations, or dedicated data migration are strictly non-refundable once the work has commenced.
5. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, please email our support team at support@pakedusystem.pk from your registered administrator email address.
- Include your school name, the date of purchase, and a brief reason for the refund request.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Account Deactivation upon Refund
- If a full refund is issued, your premium subscription will be immediately downgraded or your account deactivated.
- Please ensure you export any necessary data before requesting a refund, as you may lose access to premium features immediately.
