What is a fee challan generator?+

In PakEduSystem, challans are generated from a fee type (e.g. Tuition, Transport) and a due date, and each one tracks its own paid amount, discount and status automatically.
Can I generate fee challans for one class instead of the whole school?+
Yes. When generating fees for a month, an admin can restrict generation to a single class — only students in that class get a challan for that run — instead of creating vouchers for every class at once. Fee types can also be scoped to one class only, so a transport or lab fee only ever applies to the students it should.
Can a fee challan generator create vouchers for one specific student?+
Yes. Besides bulk, month-based generation, PakEduSystem can create a single fee invoice for one student directly — useful for a one-off charge, a late enrollment, or a fee that doesn't follow the standard monthly cycle.
Does it support scholarships or fee discounts per student?+
Yes. A student can be marked with a scholarship percentage (up to a full 100% waiver). When a challan is generated for that student, the discount is applied automatically to the fee amount — the admin can still adjust the discount on an individual voucher afterward if needed.
Can parents receive the fee challan on WhatsApp?+

Can a generated challan be edited or deleted later?+
Yes, with one safety rule: the discount and due date on a challan can be edited at any time, and a challan can be deleted as long as no payment has been recorded against it yet. Once a payment is recorded, the voucher is locked from deletion so financial records stay consistent — it can still be edited.
Can I print or download the fee challan?+
Yes. Every challan has a dedicated printable voucher page formatted for A4 or thermal printing, and a shareable PDF link that's the same one sent over WhatsApp.
